Gerald did a great job explaining how a heat pump would keep our home warm in the winter and cool in the summer. After some back and forth, we finally chose the unit that would work for our home. We had Jeremy from Cascade Heating & Specialties out for preventative maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He did find a couple of issues in our heat pump caused by critters. He was able to correct them, which I’m sure has prevented a future emergency service call.
