Al Damon
Owner/President

Al Damon, owner of Cascade Heating and Specialties since 1971.
Many of you may know me as "Dr. Al, the Climate Doctor."

I was born and raised in Bend and graduated from Bend High School. From there I attended Central Oregon Community College and the University of Oregon.

Here at Cascade Heating, we have a family of over 60 people that are ready and able to service a wide variety of your needs. Please look further and see how we may be able to help.

After 20 years of experience in service-oriented businesses, 2018 became the perfect time for me to join Cascade Heating and carry forward the legacy created by Al many years ago.

A life-long learner, I graduated from Mountain View High School and then completed a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering. As a Bend native with an active Professional Engineering License, I am familiar with what local residences and businesses need from a HVAC company. My passion for outstanding customer service paired with this experience will be the foundation upon which I maintain and grow the high level of product and service that Cascade Heating has provided for the last 40+ years.

Serving our customers is my first order of business.
