Let me introduce myself, Shawn Brooks, a Comfort Consultant Specialist with Cascade Heating & Specialties, Inc.

My interest in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning began in High School with a lecturer from the industry. From there, I took the next logical step which was to study Refrigeration, service and repair at Practical Schools in Anaheim, California and received a Certificate of Completion. The next step was to learn to design as well as install comfort systems in their entirety. During this time I received Certification in Duct Design and Residential Zoning.

I gained experience in both residential and commercial service and installation on the Oregon Coast. Over the eighteen years that I have been in this industry, over fifteen of them have been with Cascade Heating & Specialties, Inc., where I've had four years in Lead Residential Installation, eight years in Lead Commercial Installation plus over three years in Sales and Design.

Outside of work, my family and I enjoy a lot of outdoor recreation, and when we're not there you will find me coaching and mentoring youth and following up with leadership development.
