Hi there, I am Dawn Hugon and I've been growing with the heating and cooling industry since 1994 in Eugene, Oregon. One truly starts at the bottom and works ones way up. Being an original Central Oregonian, I had to come home of course, so in 1996 I came back to Bend and joined the family here at Cascade Heating & Specialties, Inc. There's never a dull moment in my office as I coordinate Comfort Specialists to our many existing and new customers homes to offer their knowledge and expertise on the comfort problems at hand. When I am not doing that, I am trying to meet needs for our "great" support staff as well as our customers. Over the years, I have gained much knowledge and continue to learn something new every day. It feels terrific when I can share this with customers that are really interested in their family comfort needs at home. We are the TEAM!

My life is blessed with a beautiful daughter, granddaughter and soon to arrive, grandson. This takes a great deal of my spare time as we share swimming, camping, fishing, good stories and old fashion picnics in the park.
